This villa is absolutely stunning. It was impeccably clean and has everything you need. The swimming pool area is clean with 8 sun lingers. We stayed a week and the pool was checked twice when we were there. We had a movie night in the cinema/ games room which is fabulous and which was enjoyed by both kids and adults. The bedrooms/ bathrooms are beautiful with balconies on most.
The kitchen is very well equipped, modern with everything you need for home dining. We had breakfast and lunch most days in the villa and ate alfresco. Nearby town is walkable (20-30) mins which has a lovely marina and restaurants and bars.
We had a hire car and visited Zadar and the sea organ, both were beautiful. Alan and Sanje, our hosts have been extremely helpful from day 1 of booking right through to our stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble, they were extremely helpful and totally polite. We were a family of six who had the best time!

Ein (leider viel zu kurzer) Traumurlaub in einer Traum-Villa!!!
Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie (10 Personen) in der Villa Medici zu Gast. Alan hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns durch das Haus geführt. Hat uns alles erklärt und gezeigt. Eine Flasche Wein, Olivenöl und Pralinen aus der Region gab's zur Begrüßung.
Vom Gefühl her war alles nagelneu, alles war blitzblank, nichts hat gefehlt. Jedes Zimmer hatte ein eigenes Bad, 2 Räume mit Badewanne, 3 Räume mit ebenerdigen Duschen. Teilweise mit großzügigen Balkonen und Meerblick. Auch an Insektenschutz an den Fenstern und Türen wurde gedacht (war auch nötig....).
Die Zimmer hatten eine gute Größe, die Betten waren bequem, es gibt ausreichend Stauraum in den Schränken und auch eine "gut getarnte" Klimaanlage gab's. ;) Weiche, kuschelige Handtücher, auch für Pool und Sauna.
Durch eine grandios ausgestattete Küche hat die Essenszubereitung sogar im Urlaub Spaß gemacht. Man konnte zusammen schnibbeln und kochen und stand sich dabei nie im Weg. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Induktionsherd, Backofen, Kaffeemaschine (+Nespresso), Eiswürfelbereiter, Smoothie-Maker, Sandwich-Maker.... Und noch vieles mehr. Einfach alles perfekt für 10 Personen vorhanden.
Im Untergeschoss konnte man sich die Zeit mit Dart oder Billard vertreiben oder auch an der Spielekonsole zocken. Langweilig wurde es nie.
Oben wurden der Fitnessraum (Laufband, Rudergerät, div. Hanteln) und auch die Sauna regelmäßig von uns genutzt.
Abends auf der Terrasse haben wir gegrillt, lange zusammen gesessen und einfach eine tolle Zeit gehabt.
Der beheizte Salzwasser-Pool hatte eine gute Größe.
Die Lage des Hauses ist auch optimal. Ca. 100 Meter zum glasklaren Meer, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Kaufland und Lidl sind in 5 Autominuten erreichbar und in der Stadt Biograd ist man auch in ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß.
Fragt Alan nach Ausflügen, vor allem mit einem Boot. Wir haben eine Halbtagestour (keine Ahnung wohin...) gebucht. Es war soooo toll! Vom Boot ins Meer springen, schnorcheln, in einer kleinen Bucht chillen und Sonne genießen. Es gab Snacks und Getränke und die Crew war super nett. Danke für die Empfehlung!!!
Also, Fazit: Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt und wer weiß... vielleicht kommen wir ja wieder!

Incredible stay at Villa Medici! The villa has all the facilities and quality of a 5 star hotel, but without having to share with anyone.
House is in a great location with walking distance to the beach and local shop, with easy access to the surrounding sights.
Hosts were incredibly responsive and supportive, providing great local recommendations and accommodating our departure and arrival times.
Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Croatia.

We vacationed 9th at Villa Medici and were away from day 1! The place looked exactly like the pictures and everything was in great condition. Especially the kitchen was super equipped and left nothing to be desired. We spent most of our time by the pool and patio. The pool was clean and was cleaned 2 times during our stay.
The 5 bedrooms were all very spacious and the beds comfortable! Each had its own bathroom and air conditioning.
The hosts Sanja and Alan were both there upon our arrival, showed us the house and explained everything else!
The public beach is only a few minutes walk away. The center of Biograd is about 20 minutes away. Shopping facilities (Kaufland & Lidl) can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot.
All in all, we enjoyed our holiday and totally recommend Villa Medici to everyone!

We are a family of 10 from the U.K., grandparents, parents & 4 children aged 7 to 11. The Villa was very safe, clean, well situated and very comfortable catering for our needs. The swimming pool was well used for the two weeks we were on holiday and helped us stay cool in the great Croatian climate.
Biograd centre is a short walk and there are many restaurants to try and they are good value. Our grandchildren loved the ice cream shops on an evening after dinner. The boat trip our hosts arranged for us was excellent a must do. Also our hosts organised our transfers to & from the airport which was slick and good value compared with the airline transfers. We had a great holiday in Villa Medici and would recommend it to families like ourselves. In addition Zadar is definitely worth a day trip away from the Villa.

From the outset we've had an excellent experience booking and staying at Villa Medici. Sanja and her partner are outstanding hosts. We arrived just before midnight in the rain, to a warm welcome from Sanja and her partner. They gave us a tour of the villa which is extremely pristine, well laid out and well equipped. Because it was so late we couldn't get to the supermarkets or a restaurant, so our hosts amazingly ordered a pizza delivery from one of the local restaurants which was a life saver! Sanja was very helpful throughout our stay, with recommendations for transport, restaurants and luggage storage, responding very quickly to all our requests. The villa is perfectly located within 2 mins walk to the beach and around 20 mins walk to the marina, shops and restaurants. A fantastic place, we were very sad to leave and won't hesitate to return. Thank you both!

We had a fabulous family holiday at the villa- 8 of us.
The pool, gym and sauna were great facilities.
The villa was a very short, easy walk to the beach and the town for restaurants & beach bars.
We were able to drop off bags early due to early flight & the hosts arranged a taxi transfer from the airport. There were some lovely local treats in a welcome pack on our arrival. There was also a helpful guest book with recommendations.
We would definitely recommend a stay at Villa Medici.
